Subject: [Pumptesting] FYI - pump house FACP clock adjusted by Tara

It was off by about half an hour, so not a DST thing. It?s been corrected
and while we were at it we checked wires to the controller pins to make
sure there was nothing loose or broken like the one in the Mosaic common
house FACP. All good.

A change in drip rate was observed 2 tests in a row. TL;Dr we should let
DaveR know when we do the next test and he?ll adjust the gland nuts at that
time.


*Nov 2 test (Mike)*
Testing SMS thread:
Mike: (the pressure) ?took a drop all the way to 77 shown on the display
before it kicked on this time.?
?Also, the one drop leak per second is less than it usually appears
visually. In case that matters. There?s a very small pool of water inside
the chamber underneath the dalek?

Tara: ?Whichever of us does next test (preferably 2ppl) should check those
things specifically. I don?t think either indicates a behavior outside
?ok?/?pass? range but it?s still worth sharing our observations about the
bounds of ?normal??

ask Daver how it should behave, what it means, and what to do about it.

Hey Dave -

Following up from last week?s discussion. When is a good time/day for you
for fire pump maintenance? I?m hoping you can show me or Courtney or Mike
how to adjust the gland nuts while we?ve got the system on TEST for this
week?s test, ideally Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

I don?t know others? availability but I could do
* Tuesday ? any time
* Wednesday ? before 12:30pm (note, generator work will also be happening
that morning but that?s fine)
* Thursday ? after 12:30pm
