[Pumptesting] FYI - pump house FACP clock adjusted by Tara

It was off by about half an hour, so not a DST thing. It’s been corrected
and while we were at it we checked wires to the controller pins to make
sure there was nothing loose or broken like the one in the Mosaic common
house FACP. All good.
