[Water] [CamelotCohousing] Add to water list

Hi guys - we've had a problem with the acceptance list on 'water' that
we're trying to fix - I think what Crystal is asking for is to be able to
post to the list, which is what we're working on - not subscribe to it?

We should have this fixed soon, sorry :(
