[Water] Water spurts and brown for a minute or two just now

It's running clear now so we are cooking with it, but I’m not sure if you
guys need to send out any kind of announcement to the neighborhoods about
letting the water run for a given period of time? Do we have an SOP for
this?

please advise, and also text me if you want me to go check on the booster
pumps or tank levels or any of that stuff. I’m on site.
