[Water] Another data point

This morning I turned on the shower at 8:04am. By 8:09 I had lost pressure
to about a trickle. It came back about a minute later. I then lost hot
water for about a minute. Then at 8:15 the pressure dropped to a trickle
again! I gave up and got out of the shower.

Why would the pressure drop a second time if the lag pump has started up?
Wouldn't it continue running for more than a few minutes?
