[Water] More water pressure volatility

When I took a shower this afternoon the water pressure was all over the
place, at one point dropping to almost nothing for a moment. This isn't the
first time it's occurred lately but it is the most significant drop in a
couple of months.

Has anyone else been experiencing volatile water pressure? Or should I
start to be concerned about a more localized problem?
