If you’re contacting me for something related to maintenance or trustee
things you might normally poke only me about, please also copy another
person or people on the same team to make sure time sensitive info isn’t
dropped.

I’m unexpectedly dealing with family stuff that may take me out of state
and just generally takes up a bunch of brain space I normally use for HOA
comms.

Hesitant to send this so broadly but with the holiday and what feels like
one million different vendor/maintence projects I’m pretty sure I won’t be
able to follow up on everything I’d want to follow up on
