Called Greg Lizotte (our water operator) and he feels it's not something to worry about.
He doesn't know why exactly the chem tank level seems to trip every time the power blips out, but his best guess (and it is a guess) is that the circuit is wired in such a way that it is normally closed, but when the power blips off the circuit opens and trips that alarm. It's possible that all of the other alarms are wired the opposite way (normally open and trip when the circuit closes).
Not sure who can confirm or deny this guess, but that's the current theory. In any event, Greg doesn't feel it is something we need to be concerned by.
