[Pumptesting] PLEASE READ: Fire alarm monitoring change on Monday, the 13th

Hey y'all,

SH Trustees have made the decision to switch our fire alarm monitoring service provider from Everon to Encore (via StarLink), both to modernize (land line-based monitoring is no longer supported in new installations) and streamline our operation, since only one company will be involved instead of two.

The operational costs are roughly the same, but we expect to save a little money on land lines, several of which will no longer be needed after this switch.

The work will take place next Monday, the 13th. Both common houses will be worked on, as will the pump house. No action should be needed from you, but maybe hold off on any pump testing, or anything else that might involve the fire alarms. I will notify Everon of this change.
